Inland UK Postage and Packing Charges
Orders up to 100g, £2.00
Orders over 100g, £4.50
(Excludes large furniture and special order items ; delivery costs available on request.)
International Postage Costs
Postage outside the UK will be charged at cost; we will advise charges on receipt of an order. The order will only be paid and dispatched on acceptance of these charges.
Import duty
If your order is being delivered outside of the European Union you will not be charged VAT but you will be responsible for any customs or import duties once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express, or you can pay by Paypal Express.
We regret that we are no longer able to accept payment by cheque.
Goods will be dispatched as soon as available after payment is authorized. We aim to have your goods with you within two weeks if in stock, however many of our products are made to order in America and can take several weeks to fill. In this case, a deposit may be required for large orders, with the balance being payable prior to dispatch. You will be advised when we call to confirm your order.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, please return in the original packaging, with receipts, within 14 days for an exchange or full purchase price refund (return postage costs will only be refunded in the case of faulty or damaged goods). We regret that we cannot give refunds on special-order or customised items.
